The successful candidate will provide first-line support for our customer base throughout the New Jersey and Pennsylvania Area. This is a great chance to develop and advance within an innovative company.
The responsibilities include handling customer calls, identifying and prioritizing issues, providing first line diagnosis, troubleshooting and resolution of telecommunication system applications. In addition communicating issues to other team members and updating the customer with progress.
The right candidate must have excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Full training is provided. Own transportation is essential, as the role requires occasional off-site visits.
