In reviewing our turnaround times for our various COVID-19 testing options, it recently came to our team's attention that some client facilities are not inputting in the proper Collection Date and Time.  The collection date and time are taken from the COLLECTION DATE and COLLECTION TIME fields from the web portal when placing an order.
